Terms & Conditions for Donations
1. Why Your Donation Matters?
- All donations made to Lotus Youth Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Donations will be used to support the foundation’s initiatives in education, healthcare, and cultural development.
- Donors must provide accurate details while making a donation.
2. Tax Benefits
- Lotus Youth Foundation is a registered non-profit organization under the applicable laws of India.
- Donations may be eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- Donors will receive a donation receipt for tax exemption purposes.
3. Payment Methods
We accept donations through the following payment modes:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Cheque (Payable to Lotus Youth Foundation)
- Cash Donations (Accepted at our office with a receipt provided)
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Donations once made cannot be canceled or refunded.
- In case of any transaction errors, donors can contact us for resolution.
5. Privacy Policy
- Donor information will be kept confidential and used only for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
